Returns Policy

Refunds and Exchanges

Milu aim to ensure quality products are efficiently provided to our customers, leading to a favourable experience shopping with us. All products can be returned for an exchange or return if the product is faulty or incorrectly sized. In cirumstances of change of mind, we do not offer refund however an exchange or store credit may be issued. Milu are not obliged to accept returns or offer refunds due to misintepretation of colour, texture or style of product displayed online.

All products must be returned in the original packaging and condition and accompanyed by the original receipt of purchase. The product must not have been used, worn or damaged in any form. We request that you do not deface, deconstruct or place tape on the box. If the product is returned in a condition that aligns with these standards and we deem acceptable, a full reimbursement will be made to the customer. The costs of postage for returns must be covered by the customer prior to shipment by a traceable carrier.

If a product is damaged upon delivery to the customer, we will replace the product if you notify us of this incidence within 3 days of delivery. These items must be returned within 7 days of recieving your goods to receive a full refund or replacement product. Milu will reimburse the customer for postage fees if the goods were damaged in transit.

Refunds may take 5-10 business days to be deposited.
